Booking Information
Important details about booking and preparation
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and popular dates. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests if available.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
Event date, location, type of event, expected guest count, and preferred service duration. The more details you provide, the more accurate our quote will be.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
What happens if it rains (outdoor events)?
We can adapt to covered outdoor areas or move indoors if needed. Our equipment is weather-resistant, and we'll work with you to ensure your event goes smoothly.
How much space do you need?
We need approximately 8x8 feet of space for the photobooth setup, plus additional space for guests to pose and move around comfortably.
Do you provide liability insurance?
Yes, we carry comprehensive liability insurance. We can provide certificates of insurance for venues that require it.
